A special ‘guild’ has been created to honour and celebrate those who have gone above and beyond for the Old Ghost Ultra and/community. Inductees become life members of the Old Ghost Ultra, earning free entry for as long as they opt to take it up. Inductee 1 - 2026: Brent Oldham (Westport, New Zealand) - for services to community-building and ultrarunning. Credited with building the local trail running community, lowering obstacles to participation, and being an advocate for the Old Ghost Ultra.
